• Support Customer and Production Services Manager
• Repricing of legacy products on all new orders
• Improve product gross margins
• Accuracy of Bill of Materials (BOM's) and standard costs for all products

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: (The finer details of what the role is assigned for the day-to-day activities on the job. Tasks to support results.)

• Record production data, including volume produced and consumption of raw materials
• Update, maintain, and correct all BOM's in ERP system (IQMS)
• Maintain accuracy of shot cycles in ERP system by working with Production Manager
• Develop and maintain the BOM routing tree with work instructions
• Analyze material and component costs for each product and update standard costs
• Update costing worksheets and establish part pricing to achieve targeted gross margins
• Maintain overhead press rates and update standard costs in ERP system
• Analyze inventory reports for inventory purchases and customer buying trends
• Support/maintain work instructions in ERP system

QUALITIES FOR SUCCESS: (Education, Training, Certifications, Years of experience, Other skills and abilities, Physical Requirements for the Role, etc.)

• 4yr degree in Accounting or Finance required
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• 3 to 5 years Cost Accounting experience preferred
• Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables) required
• Prior experience with ERP/MRP systems, experience with IQMS a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work with all levels in and outside the company
• Excellent skills around attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent planning and organization skills to meet deadlines
• Limited physical effort, able to carry at least 25lbs
• Duties are usually performed seated. Must be able to sit and type for long periods; bending, reaching, pushing, pulling on occasion.
