The Bohemian Highway Travel Co. experience will change your

perspective on "Left Coast" travel. Our excursions focus on off the beaten path destinations and the people

behind them. We dig deep into local history and celebrate the land.

Each experience is custom tailored to fit our guests unique interests.

A Bohemian Highway Travel Co. host will help facilitate unique and high-end custom experiences for our clients. You will be responsible for driving guests to (our) various winery partners, making sure they understand the beauty and bounty of the regions, giving insight into the wineries, and wines they will be enjoying throughout the day. You will work closely with our concierge and business development manager to execute a day full of wine education that leaves a lasting impression on our guests.

Essential Functions:

• Achieves a high level of customer service and hospitality

• Drive our guests in Land Rover Defenders (both classic and new models) and ensure appointment times are met with efficiency of time

• Effectively communicates the brand story while building lasting customer relationships

• Outlines and hosts unique experiences including wine tastings, culinary tours and adventure days

• Understands our unique (and fantastic) attributes of our winery partners and can communicate clearly to guests

• Goes above and beyond to make sure guests feel connected to the region, and can think outside the box for creative ways that they can be more fully immersed in wine and culinary culture

• Share in our commitment to providing a safe and healthy environment for our guests and winery and culinary partners

• Attends once a week phone (or in-person) meetings for company updates and noteworthy happenings

• Other projects and administrative support as needed

Qualifications

• Basic wine knowledge (more advanced a huge plus)

• Reliable, flexible, and able to handle multiple tasks

• Ability to work with limited supervision

• Customer-centric attitude

• Team Player

• Willing to pursue ongoing system and process improvement
