BCforward is currently seeking highly motivated Compliance Operations & Customer Service Associate in South San Francisco, CA 94080.



Job Title: Compliance Operations & Customer Service Associate
Location: South San Francisco, CA 94080
Expected Duration: 12 months contract
Shift: Monday through Friday - 8 am to 5 pm

Description:
The primary purpose of the Compliance Operations & Customer Service Associate project role in Experience and Engagement Operations (XEC) is to support projects and supplement resources across XEC. XEC is a department focused on supporting our business partners to perform business activities compliantly and efficiently. The XEC team is accountable for addressing general business compliance questions from the field, funding programs, compliance training, ad boards, roundtables, aggregate spend and state reporting.

List of potential job responsibilities:
Job responsibilities will vary depending on the prioritized project needs of the department.
They could include:
* learning and documenting customer service scripts,
* validating documentation received into the Customer Relationship Management System,
* initiating follow up communication with business partners/customers per process
* tracking financial processes to completion
* supporting intake and analytical support across several our operational teams
* preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
* working collaboratively and effectively with all relevant parties
* supporting SOP/work instruction development
* providing internal and external stakeholders with information regarding department processes and requirements as requested

* Proficiency with working in Salesforce CRM business process/workflow systems.
* Proficiency with working in Macintosh and google applications.
* Ability to learn and become proficient in internal policies, guidelines, and department SOPs.
* Willingness to support XEC team as needed
* Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive for clarity as needed
