Leading real estate development company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Google Development in the South Bay. This is a 15 years project with an estimate end development value of $15 billion.

The purpose of the role and your unique contribution is to lead the financial control, reporting and decision support for the businesses assigned so they can meet strategic, financial and operational effectiveness objectives. The Senior Finance Analyst will work closely with the Executive General Manager Finance and local development management teams. This role is primarily responsible for financial management, analysis and reporting for development projects and pursuits.


  • Demonstrate and foster a deep understanding of the key drivers of project performance within the


GDV Development team to deliver all financial reporting to meet project requirements.


  • Display technical leadership in the delivery of advanced scenario analysis and financial modeling to aid project decision making.
  • Contribute as required to the successful delivery of, and execution towards elements of finance improvement initiative across the AMER region Businesses including providing relevant subject matter expertise.
  • Liaise with internal and external reporting teams to ensure consistency, accuracy and timeliness of financial and management reporting to achieve regulatory and business outcomes.
  • Oversee and provide support to investigate any material exceptions to forecast and plan against actuals including commentary.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to increase networks and allow for exchange of information.
  • Manage data quality and integrity of output for monthly Management Reporting requirements.


qualifications:

Requirements:

BS degree, Master degree a plus

5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting/Audit roles

Real estate development or investment banking industry a plus
