Our client is a growing SaaS company that is looking to take their Enterprise BDR team to the next level! They've grown YOY and are well funded by top-tier investors. They're expanding their business development team in Calabasas and are looking for a hungry and ambitious BDR to join their inside sales team!


Our client's BDR team is a major driving factor behind their incredible growth. Led by the best in their industry, this is an amazing opportunity to start a sales career and take it to the next level through training, mentorship opportunities, and defined paths for internal growth.


How you'll contribute:


  • Prospect via cold calling, online, and email campaigns to develop and qualify new business opportunities
  • Identify decision-makers and engage Director, C-level, and similar contacts
  • Use consultative sales skills to set high-level appointments for Account Executives
  • Learn SaaS sales process to earn promotion to the full-cycle role


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 0 - 3 years of inside B2B sales experience
  • Experience selling in software/Technology or Sports is a plus!
  • Must be organized, money-motivated, driven, and have an appetite to succeed


Compensation:

$60-75K base + uncapped commission = $85-100K OTE + full benefits + perks
