They are looking for strong and exceptional sales professionals who have profound experience in new logo acquisition in the regions identified. With a hunting mentality, they will leverage the entire portfolio of IT outsourcing services for targeted firms across industries.

Responsibilities :

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication.
  • Work in close collaboration with market development and solution sales teams to ensure that proposed offerings and services fully meet customers' business and technology needs.
  • Proactively engage with potential customers, prospect for opportunities, and generate leads for new business.
  • Develop revenue-producing relationships with decision-making CxO level executives at targeted firms.

Skills Required :

  • Strong hunter profile with a proven track record of success in selling IT services across industries.
  • Understanding of the overall industry and /or specific sub-verticals.
  • Provide support to customers during the initial phases of an engagement.
  • Follow up and ensure total client satisfaction through the life cycle of the relationships
  • The candidate is expected to travel regularly to regional prospect and customer locations to support lead generation, sales presentations, negotiations, engagement implementation, and ongoing relationship building.
