Position Summary
Image Solutions has an opportunity for a Head of Sales and Marketing, responsible for the company's revenue growth and reporting to the Senior Vice President & General Manager in our Los Angeles office. This individual will be a member of the senior leadership team, performing in a vital role that will provide key support for the company in the drive towards achieving the long-term goals of the organization.
Requirements
· Managing and building a sales team and company marketing plan.
· Minimum of 8 years of success prospecting and acquiring new customers in a complex sale environment, developing actionable go-to-market strategies, crafting and closing product/program offerings, and leading a team of growth-focused sales reps
· Polished, executive level presentation and interpersonal skills: a highly effective, articulate, and clear communication style
· Proven track record coaching a team as well as implementing & monitoring a sales funnel
· Previous experience with sales budgets and corporate profit/loss statements
· Experience evaluating and closing "Complex Sales" in longer sales cycle, RFP-process environment
· Collaborative and able to thrive in a team environment contributing to tackling problems with a group of other great leaders
· Ability to work across different departments to help develop and execute on company strategy.
· Bachelor's Degree
Responsibilities
· Drive growth - Oversee sales, marketing and business development functions, leading a team of regional sales reps to achieve multi-million dollar growth
· Build and nurture senior and executive-level customer relationships
· Build, develop and retain best in class talent to achieve and exceed goals
· Partner across the entire business to solve problems and deliver results
· Identify future customer opportunities by understanding product and service requirements
· Set sales strategies and programs to achieve account and revenue goals. Create innovative ways to drive and expand sales within existing accounts and new business prospects.
· Report and track all activity and pipeline within Hubspot.
· Consistent and accurate business management including business planning, evaluation of key performance metrics, accurate summaries and analysis of activity, results, and forecasts.
· Collaborate with Customer Service, Supply Chain, IT, Accounting and Warehouse to understand and implement initiatives with the team to improve effectiveness and productivity.
· Provide strategic guidance, insight and knowledge about market trends, customer attitudes, and effectiveness of sales strategies

Success Factors for a Head of Sales & Marketing Director of Sales & Marketing
Success Factor 1: Achieve new business growth goals
• Meet with all Sales Managers within first 30 days
• Manage all sales goals and sales manager weekly one on ones within first 60 days
• Set up quarterly sales tracking by Rep & for the company within first 90 days
• Hire at least one new salesperson in first 90 days
• Close 2 new accounts with estimated annual revenue of at least $500K within 12 months
• Meet with all prospects in Deal Development & Proposal within 6 months
Success Factor 2: Develop Company Marketing and Branding Plan
• Develop marketing plan for company for new customers to better tell our story in various industries
• Review all past marketing programs and put together updated company branding for new business and current customers
• Present to Leadership Team Marketing Plan in first 6 months
Success Factor 3: Increase the Sales Funnel
• Review sales funnel and make recommendations on potential changes and metrics within first 90 days
• Have 8 prospects in the Evaluate stage in 12-month period
• Schedule quarterly sales training for sales team within 120 days
• Update "Go to Market" strategy within 4 months
• Present Uniform Market Analysis to Leadership Team within first 4 months
