We began as an appliance service company and have expanded into a one-stop company providing appliance repair and maintenance services, plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, heating, vent cleaning, and commercial refrigeration. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HVAC MANAGER

As an HVAC Manager, you ensure the success and profitability of the service department, as you plan, direct, and control its functions. You build the bridge between our company's and our clients' interests. The trust that you develop with our clients keeps them coming back to us for all of their HVAC needs. You quickly resolve any customer or employee issues that may arise. As a goal-oriented problem-solver, you are always looking for ways to proactively improve customer and employee satisfaction.

Riding along on service calls to maintain quality standards, you lead by example and inspire our HVAC Service Technicians to take pride in their work. Always approachable, you provide your team with the knowledge, skills, training, and feedback needed to achieve peak performance and a productive work environment. Communicating regularly with dispatch, you ensure that your department is being scheduled in a way that ensures maximum efficiency without compromising client satisfaction. You feel good about ensuring that our clients are taken care of, our technicians are happy and well-trained, and everything runs smoothly!

QUALIFICATIONS

* Previous experience as a residential HVAC Service Technician
* Valid refrigeration certification
* NATE, OSHA, CPR, EPA certified
* Current driver's license and a good driving record
* Ability to pass a background check and drug test
