The Senior HR Business Partner will partner and build strong relationships with leaders and key decision makers in relevant functions and business units to achieve business success through HR Initiatives. The position takes a holistic approach to proactively identify HR issues, resolves business challenges, and propose solutions. This role will serve in a mentor role to help support the HRBP by providing guidance and solutions to their challenges.
* Serve as a partner with the business to resolve complex business challenges and apply previous experience to proactively identify opportunities and assess improvements to the associate experience (i.e., assessing training needs, analyzing survey to increase engagement, turnover, etc.). This includes partnering with HR Strategy and Regional Operations to develop or discover creative ways to use our existing resources and implement innovative and lasting solutions.
* Mentor HRBP team members and provide guidance on navigating HR processes and serve as sounding board on how to navigate unique and complex business challenges and partner on resolving associate performance coaching.
* Applies high-level of understanding of all areas of HR programs, policies, and HR function group services including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, HRIS, employee engagement and analysis to support the day-to-day associate and business needs including supporting the HRBP mailbox.
* Collaborate, participate and/or lead project teams (pay equity, total rewards, manpower, policies, and performance mgmt.) ensuring voice of customer is represented, balancing multiple perspectives, and taking into account downstream impact to organization and key HR processes and systems.

* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Related field, HR Certification desired
* Minimum 6 years of progressive HR Generalist/HRBP experience
* In depth HR employment law knowledge
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Dealing with conflict and empowerment to escalate
* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
* Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem solving and decision making
