OSIsoft is looking for a technical recruiter to join our incredible company and to help build out our rapidly growing Engineering teams. Our firm is a well-established company who was involved in IoT and big data before they were common words. We're looking for:

* Full-cycle technical recruiter with experience hiring across a variety of software development disciplines

* Someone with a strong understanding of the complete recruiting function, including sourcing, networking, interviewing and closing

* Proven track record of hiring top technical talent from a variety of sourcing methods

Responsibilities include:

* Manage full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on our Engineering organization (including software development, program management, DevOps and engineering leadership roles)

* Strong ability to engage passive candidates and build diverse pipelines through referrals, direct sourcing, external agencies etc.

* Partner with internal clients to develop current and future sourcing strategies

* Negotiate offers by partnering with hiring managers and relevant human resources business partners

* Establish and maintain high quality relationships across Engineering management and other key stakeholders within the company

Qualifications include:

* Bachelors degree

* 3-10+ years of experience of tech / software development recruiting

* Experience independently partnering with management on hiring initiatives

* Strong problem-solving skills across the entire hiring cycle

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* A passion for excellent internal and candidate customer service

* Skilled at recruiting across all levels of an organization

* Strong track record in closing experienced candidates

* A good network across the tech community
