A Human Resources Manager job in Tracy, CA is currently available through Belcan. In this role, you will be responsible for serving as a HR Business Partner to a mid-size field-based business unit and market/state leaders providing direction, and execution on the Human Capital Strategic Plan. To be considered for this role, you will have a Bachelor"s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline and 5-8 years of relevant experience. Experience as a Human Resources Manager or Generalist is a must.

Human Resources Manager Job duties:

* The Manager HR is responsible for the successful management and performance of any assigned direct report team.
* Demonstrates the ability to apply the principles and practices of human resource management to contribute to the success of the company, working with mid-level managers, senior managers, leaders and executives.
* Lead and manager interactions with and between others with the specific goal of providing service and organizational success to assigned teams.
* Lead major key change initiatives and projects at the state/market level as it relates to human capital practices.
* Effectively exchange and create a free flow of information with an among various stakeholders at all levels of the organization to produce impactful outcomes.

Qualifications:

* Experience with employment law, unions and talent management.
* Ability to lead the CSR and Inclusion & Diversity initiatives and execute related programs to ensure success.
* Demonstrate the ability and political savvy to direct initiatives and processes within the organization with agility and to gain buy-in from stakeholders.
* Travel required to warehouse locations outside the assigned home. Field presence is estimated at 30%-40%.
