What You Will Be Doing

Complete routine residential resale, refinance, or builder escrow transactions

Prepare escrow instructions and amendments

Deposit escrow funds, prepare disbursements and balance all escrow related accounts

Solicit escrow and title business from Realtors, lenders, builders, sellers and buyers

Conduct closings with Customers

Maintain escrow business while adhering to all Company policies and Government regulations
