Axway's Global IT Team is seeking an Azure/M365 Identity and Access Specialist to support our infrastructure security. The mission of our Cybersecurity Solutions Group is to enable business while protecting our employees, assets and customer data. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring Identity and Access security, validating policy compliance, and providing technical support for security initiatives in the Azure/M365 tenants. The selected candidate will also assist with general security team and SOC duties working with the CSG Manager and various technical teams to maintain policy compliance and apply proper security controls. The successful candidate will value documentation creation and communication, leverage technical experience to enhance team collaboration, and be self-driven to solve problems with a focus on the ongoing drive towards the team mission.
Responsibilities:
o Office 365 Services (Azure AD, Exchange Online, OneDrive/Teams/SharePoint)
Maintain and administer environments with proper security compliance
Assist with strategy definition and architecture for secure and productive environments
Document environments, procedures and policies
Crosstrain team members
Manage projects to implement new workloads/features/procedures
Maintain knowledge of existing and emerging M365/Azure technologies for improving security/management
Assist with monitoring/alerting integration to SOC processes
o Public Cloud administration and architecting (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Assist to define strategy and architect secure and productive environments
Work with multi-departmental groups to identify solutions for various use-cases
Maintain and administer environments with proper security guidelines
Document environments, procedures and policies
Manage projects to implement new workloads/features/procedures
Maintain knowledge of existing and emerging M365/Azure technologies for improving security/management
Assist with monitoring/alerting integration to SOC processes
o Security Analysis
Triage and respond to alerts and incidents
Assist in Incident Response processes as necessary
Compliance and Security Reporting
Assist in evidence collection for company audits
Assist with reporting as required
Qualifications:
Key Qualities
The CSG team values the technical skills of any individual and requires understanding and experience with Azure/M365 Identity and Access Management tools. Also important to the success of the selected candidate is the ability to work with diverse technical and non-technical teams to promote the implementation of security principles into the business processes. A successful candidate must be able to communicate effectively (verbal and written) with our internal and external customers while collaborating to create solutions that ensure the best customer experience to our internal and external customers. And in every case, strong ethical behavior must guide the work to protect our customers and their data.
Requirements
o Minimum of 2+ years in Identity and Access Management or similar roles.
Proficient in Azure/M365 IAM administration
Understanding of existing and future feature sets with the ability to apply them to creative solutions for customers and infrastructure security
Experience with defining and architecting secure solutions for remote and non-standard access scenarios
Between 2-5 Years technical IT Experience including network, server, and desktop
o Detailed knowledge of various cloud services, tools and integrations
Knowledge regarding the administration, use, securing and exploitation of common operating systems [ Windows, MAC OS, Linux, iOS, and Android]
Knowledge of server administration including patching, command line, configuration and maintenance
Knowledge of network administration including patching, configuration and maintenance
o CompTIA Network + AND Security + [or equivalent knowledge/experience]
Knowledge of security concepts such as cyber-attacks and techniques, threat vectors, risk management, incident management etc.
Strong understanding of networking technologies and architectures [TCPIP, OSPF, BGP]
o Demonstrated Interpersonal Skills
Ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) with diverse technical and non-technical teams (English proficiency required)
Ability to analyze and solve problems with limited direction
Always maintain ethical behavior for all security processes
A strong desire to learn and improve skill sets
Ability to self-start, prioritize and complete work with minimal supervision
Strong focus on customer service in all work efforts
