Position Description:


Earthlite has an immediate opening for a motivated, energetic professional to join our team! This position will focus on strong customer service, an outgoing personality, and a good detail mind-set. The Data Entry /Customer Service Associate will become the junior member of a sales team, handling sales calls, customer service, order entry, shipping logistics, as well as some administrative and clerical tasks. An ability to work independently is a must.


Essential Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:

  • Proficient Data Entry Skills.
  • Main customer service duties; provide tracking numbers, provide shipping quotes, check stock levels, process change orders.
  • Process return paperwork and file freight claims with freight carriers.
  • Field incoming calls appropriately and ensure that phones are answered in a timely, friendly, and professional manner and act as first point of contact for customers, promoting quality customer experience.
  • Ensures our customers being serviced and cared for and expectations are controlled through consistent communication via phone, email, and web.


Position Requirements:

  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Great Plains Dynamics and Microsoft CRM a plus.
  • Consistent, punctual, and regular attendance.
  • Excellent oral, written and organizational skills.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
  • Consistent following up on promises and commitments in a timely manner with customers.
  • Appropriately identify and escalate customer issues.
  • Retains up to date knowledge of procedures and company products.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required / college graduate preferred.
  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
