Senior Business Systems Analyst
Superior Foods International (SFI) is a global manufacturer, importer, and distributor of frozen fruits, vegetables, and value-added frozen foods for the retail, industrial, club, and foodservice markets. SFI is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our IT team in our Watsonville headquarters. This role is responsible for identifying, defining, designing, implementing, supporting, and maintaining business systems solutions, and serves as the primary liaison between business subject matter experts and IT to ensure system solutions meet the needs of the business and end-users can perform their roles efficiently and effectively. This position will play an integral role in the company's current ERP implementation as well as future system implementations and upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analysis, process improvement, and project delivery (40%)
- System testing (20%)
- Technical support and end-user training (20%)
- System configuration (10%)
- Research and continuing education (10%)
Required Skills and Experience:
- BA or BS in information technology systems or related field, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training
- 10+ years experience performing systems analysis, design, and implementation of business applications
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency managing multiple initiatives with varying deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to relatedly communicate with all levels within an organization as well as external vendors, customers, and partners
- Demonstrated competence managing, mentoring, and leading others through projects, tasks, and deliverables
- Ability to understand and adapt to complex business processes and terminology used by various functional work groups
- Ability to quickly switch gears in a rapidly changing and highly variable business environment
- Continuous improvement mindset
