San Vicente Bungalows, a private members club in West Hollywood, is seeking a full-time Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk for immediate hire. Pay is $18 - 22 per hour depending on experience. Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Clerk:

· Responsible for coding and inputting invoices and other monthly recurring invoices into AP

· Responsible for AP check runs and matching for review and signature

· Responsible for separating the accounts payable invoices with purchases orders and non-purchase orders

· Will create folders and tracking for the paid accounts payable invoices

· Will scan accounts payable invoices that do not come in through the AP email inbox into the system

· Responsible for reaching out to vendors not using the accounts payable inbox and getting them set up to submit invoices through the AP inbox

· Will assist the accounting department with general filing and scanning as needed

· Will assist the accounting department with membership dues

· Will perform other tasks as needed and assigned by Director of Finance

Requirements for the Accounts Payable Clerk:

· 1+ years of experience with accounts payable

· Accounts Payable Clerk must have strong verbal and written communication skills

· Accounts Payable Clerk must have strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills

· Accounts Payable Clerk requires intermediate Excel skills
