The successful Creative Services Manager will be able to come in and quickly suggest changes to help make the Creative Services team more efficient. They will be able to take feedback from clients and translate it to their team. They'll be experienced in client relationships and will be responsible for the strategic growth of the team in terms of offerings and personnel.

ElderCounsel is a national membership organization comprised of elder law, veteran's benefits and special needs planning attorneys. ElderCounsel provides a state-of-the-art document drafting system, ElderDocx, as well as education and support to its members. We strive to maintain the highest level of professionalism not only in the products and services we offer, but also with each member of our team. Three years ago, we added Law As A Business (LAB) services to our offerings, allowing our members to gain access to marketing and business development solutions.

What you'll be doing:
Essential duties and responsibilities for a Creative Services Manager include the following. Other areas of responsibility may be assigned as needed.
● Lead, grow and develop a team of creative direct reports;
● Project manage many projects simultaneously;
● Manage department budget;
● Identify opportunities to bring on additional talent based on data and needs;
● Partner with sales team to understand the client's business, potential project impact, and to tailor the project approach, plan and deliverables accordingly;
● Ensure that project deliverables can be integrated to become the overall result (product, service) and are fit to deliver the expected benefits to the client;
● Manage scope, requirements, resources, time, cost, quality, risks and communications for projects;
● Work in multiple disciplines across industries and build client knowledge and credibility quickly;
● Ensure delivery, manage issues and mitigate risks;
● Be the functional and subject matter expert for the solution and act as the liaison between LAB sales, creative and client as needed;
● Meet with creative team on a regular basis to review creative and QA all deliverables; provide creative and strategic direction and guidance; edit copy; provide feedback and edits to ensure strong QA prior to client delivery;
● Oversee production of project deliverables, budget, and presentations to client personnel and leadership.
What skills will you need?
This position is perfect someone who is passionate about the growth and development of their team of creatives. They must be process oriented and have the ability to translate feedback from clients to their team. We're looking for someone with 5+ years' experience managing creatives and 5+ years' experience working in a client facing role.
You'll be working from your home office so you'll need to be able to structure and prioritize your time effectively and demonstrate an ability to produce results without direct supervision. That said, you will be connected to the rest of the team via software so we're only a click away.
Additional desirable skills:
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience;
· 5+ years of experience leading client projects in a marketing and/or business consulting environment;
· Proven experience managing a team of high output performers;
· Proactive problem solver with strong communication skills;
· Highly organized, detail oriented and ability to adapt is a must;
· Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals;
· Strong computer skills (with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and Adobe) and ability to learn new applications and software quickly;
· Experience with graphic design (and design software), website creating, digital advertising, lead generation, social media, and content marketing;
· Teamwork - Able to thrive in a dynamic, collaborate and open team environment.

Work Schedule
This job will require you to work from your home office weekdays from 8 am to 5 pm. This position must reside in Colorado, Wisconsin, Texas, or Florida.
