Job description
Summary: Conduct general IT business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefits analyses in order to align information technology solutions with business delivery initiatives.
Major Responsibilities:
- Apply high-level understanding of the organization's business systems and industry requirements.
- Serve as a liaison between the business and IT to create and document solution designs, focusing on process analysis and re-engineering with an understanding of technical problems and solutions related to current and future business environments.
- Ensure compliance with standardized CMC data structures.
- Development and management of initiatives that bring existing data into compliance with data standards.
- Develop and maintain process for integration of monitoring from diverse platforms to ADT platform. Interface with acquisition teams and insure integrity of data being integrated to the ADT platform.
- Participation in the development of CMC operating procedures provides expertise in utilization of data structures to achieve operational objectives.
- Support CMC standards group, interface with those who communicate data standards to internal customers

- Monitoring and third-party services
- Responsible for extracting and analyzing monitoring, service and billing data from the Data Warehouse and MMB as requested by the business
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Compensation:
The pay range for this role is $82,000-103,000 anually and is based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements:
Education: Four (4) year degree or equivalent experience
Experience: 5 - 7 yrs
Skills:
- Demonstrates advanced knowledge of principles, concepts, and theories in own discipline, and has extensive knowledge of principles and concepts in other functions.
- Intermediate MS Office Suite including skills for queries, crosstab queries, pivot tables, pivot charts.
- Intermediate SQL
- Intermediate analytical skills
- Contributes to the strategic direction of the function.
- Advises senior management on issues as they pertain to larger organizational issues/business initiatives.
Preferred Requirements:
- Advanced professional knowledge of Monitoring Operations and data structures
- Advanced technical knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
- Intermediate knowledge of SSIS.
