About Us
Magnolia Medical Group is a Denver based addiction treatment center that specializes in the treatment of those addicted to opioids and opioid related medications. Our addiction treatment program involves individual addiction counseling and drug regimens designed to lessen opioid dependency. This is done under the care of our board certified addiction medicine Medical Director, and licensed addiction counselors.
Job Overview: Full-time, in-person position. Duties include: payroll (ADP Total Source, book keeping (Quickbooks), Accounts Payable, HR Support function (prefer candidate with HR experiekce), New Employee Onboarding, Marketing duties, other duties. Reports to Chief Operations Officer. Position to start immediately.
Details:
· Record and processing all financial entries in QuickBooks including accounts payable, accounts receivables, invoices, credit cards, etc. Monthly reconciliations.
· Oversee and coordinate requests, interaction and reporting with external accountants.
· Prepare periodic, monthly and annual financial reporting as required including P&L, Balance Sheet, Property Taxes, etc. for all tax filings.
· Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll through ADP Totalsource Workforce now system.
· Audit timesheets, PTO accruals and secure employee approvals.
· IRS, State and City tax filings related to withholding, unemployment taxes, and garnishments.
· Coordinate company benefits through ADP
· Coordinate pre-employment requirements, conduct background checks for potential employees, coordinate completion of trainings (HIPAA, Sexual harassment, etc.), verification of employments (VOA), etc.
· Coordinate offer letters, employment agreements, termination letters, etc.
· Research, create and post jobs, create job descriptions, maintain compensations.
· Coordinate and process new hire forms and filings
· Maintain employee personnel files and records including provider licenses, certifications, etc.
· Maintain and administer Employee Handbook.
· Vendor maintenance and relations. Interact and serve as primary liaison with vendors and landlords and oversee general maintenance, invoices, warranties, contracts, etc.
· Research vendors, set up new vendors and periodic recommendations.
· Centralized purchasing of office supplies, furniture, meals, etc.
· Maintain office contact list, birthdays, team building events, etc.
· Create and update marketing materials including brochures, referral pads, pens, business cards, etc
· Administrator of online accounts including G-suite platform, create new emails for all new hires, suspend emails for all terminated employee Social Media platforms, Facebook, Instagram, Security systems, alarms, cameras, remote lock access codes, Sfax, Comcast, DPC networks, Callrail, etc
· Assist with grant applications, OBH and compliance related items
· Assist and support the COO and other departments with various projects as needed
