SNI Companies is seeking to hire a Recruiter to join our growing business in Denver with our Accounting Now team! This team specializes in placing entry to senior level professionals in the Accounting and Finance space. Recruiters will have the opportunity to learn how to manage the recruitment process from start to finish while enjoying uncapped commission and exciting incentives!

Day to day responsibilities of a Recruiter:

• Proactively source candidates by utilizing job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and cold calling.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and work with multiple hiring managers to fulfil their staffing needs.
• Manage the recruitment process with the candidates in your pipeline while delivering a excellent experience for the candidate throughout the interview and hiring process.
• Build Accounting Now's presence in the local marketplace through consistent participation in networking organizations and events.
