Position at Special Aerospace Services
Our operations team at Special Aerospace Services is critical to executing on our mission, supporting the technical work done in the field offices, and keeping our business running effectively. As a Talent Acquisition Manager on this team, you will play a critical role in our business and operational success by leading our overall talent and acquisition program.
Your responsibilities will include implementing industry knowledge of best practices and innovative ideas to ensure an effective recruiting process from start to finish to source quality candidates. You will be leading a best-in-class candidate experience and driving our efforts to select top talent to continue to move our company forward.
This is a role for someone who is driven, collaborative, and business-savvy, who thrives in a flexible environment, and wants to be part of mission-critical work alongside like-minded teammates.
How You Will Be Rewarded
The annual base salary for this role is $100,000 to $125,000 plus a bonus. The specific place in the range depends on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and related skills. To qualify specifically for this role, we require candidates to have the following:
Experience: Minimum of 8 or more years of related experience
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/education combination
Skills:
- Flexible
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable
- Effective time-management, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills that resonate with our brand voice
- Experience with HR/Recruiting programs (experience with Jobvite highly preferred)
- Able to interact with a variety of individuals in a professional manner
Depending on how far you go through our process, a background check, including a criminal review, as well as a drug screen, is required. Due to our status as a federal contractor, US citizenship is required across all our roles.
