Job description

Dean Electric is currently looking to fill the position of 2nd-4th year commercial electrical apprentice. We are a locally owned and operated Denver based commercial electrical contractor serving Colorado for 55 years. We perform work on a variety of projects including commercial, light industrial, multi family, and service work. We value safety, hard-work, integrity, and quality workmanship.

Base Qualifications

· Valid Drivers License

· Reliable Transportation

· Apprentice License Issued through DORA - Colorado

· Resume indicating past work history and Affidavit of hours showing past experience.

· Own personal tools (cordless tools and hand tools)

· 12+ months of electrical experience

· High School Diploma or GED

· Punctual. Arrive to jobsite on time and prepared for the day.

· Ability to work 40 hours a week (7:00am-3:30pm) with occasional overtime and non standard working hours as required.

· Career minded team player

· Willing to perform any/all tasks required to complete a project, ranging from digging to trim work.

Ideal Candidate

· 2-4 years of commercial electrical experience.

· Knowledge of National Electrical Code

· Ability to interpret blueprints

· Experience bending EMT and or Rigid conduit

· Own 1/2" and 3/4" Pipe Benders

· OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification

· Able to perform tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision

· Understanding and ability to operate specialty electrical trade tools. (power benders, hot boxes, hydraulic knockout punches, ramset, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
