Our growing brokerage is focused on the sale of private placements, mostly 1031 exchanges in commercial and investment property real estate, some natural gas partnerships, and other non-traded alternative investments. We are in a niche industry at the right time, and with exceptional growth opportunity and little competition.

We are expanding our sales force, and this is your opportunity to be part of a great team you can call your own. We are searching for a driven person that can quickly jump in and begin educating and working potential deals. Some leads are provided on a regular, ongoing basis, but most will come from networking.

This individual will be the Area Director and will work with local business brokers, CPA's, qualified intermediaries, and other real estate professionals in a seldom tapped and growing market. He or she will review potential 1031 real estate exchanges via private placements in a Delaware Statutory Trust, a FINRA approved product.

A successful professional for this role will be a driven, self starter that can operate well with little direction, is highly persistent, and understands the basics of hard work and trustworthy conversations.

Compensation

• Opportunity to easily earn $100,000+ per year with renewals driven entirely by hard work and education by providing a 1031 solution
• Commission Only Position; average deal is $30,000

Position Accountabilities

• Work directly under Independent Firm and take all direction from that firm
• Be persistent and aggressive in making appointments in order to receive deals and provide results
• Engage in weekly status meetings
• Be teachable

Position Requirements

• We will provide training, but 5+ years of experience in sales or brokerage is preferred.
• General knowledge of the financial services industry
• Finra Series 7 or 22 required. (We will license Series 22 if unlicensed)
• Effective Self-Management skills
