Overview
AceInfo, a Dovel Technologies company, is seeking a Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) and Financial Management analyst to support a large federal contract. This position will directly support the multiple business lines of the customer by providing oversight, tracking, and analysis regarding the finances of each business line.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Understanding, communicating, and ensuring compliance with OMB Capital planning and Investment Control (CPIC) guidance, requirements, and reporting procedures.
- Ensuring monthly and annual CPIC submission deliverables are completed in accordance with federal guidelines.
- Preparing and delivering OMB required investment-level artifacts as required for annual, semi-annual and monthly reviews, as well as for periodic data calls.
- Facilitating Integrated Project Team (IPT) meetings to report on investment related information such as project health, monthly performance metrics, acquisitions summary status, and multi-year financial summary.
- Identifying, assessing, and monitoring risks and mitigation strategies associated with investments and projects and maintaining a risk register.
- Writing and maintaining all documentation required for annual delivery of IT Portfolio Summary including Detailed Lifecycle Cost Information (DLCC), Business Case, and Business Case Details for all major investments.
- Maintaining operating budget forecasts for multiple business lines.
- Creating monthly reports for investment related information including performance metrics and actuals.
- Preparing financial and budget related analysis, reports, and models as requested by department management to analyze alternatives.
- Acting as the FMMI Subject Matter Expert and generating and understanding monthly reports and research accounting transactions from FMMI SAP ERP system.
- Preparing procurement acquisition approval requests (AARs) in coordination with Federal management analyst.
- Managing the full AAR lifecycle, from submission through approval to post-approval usage.
Required qualifications:
- Typically requires a bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in government related finances
- Experience with CPIC
- Bacholor's Degree
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, SharePoint)
- Ability to work on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given investment and perform all functional duties independently
- Abiltiy to communicate in person, over the phone, or over email and digital services
- Ability to adapt communication style to effectively work with multiple levels within an organization
- Experience with USDA financial control
- Masters Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience with SalesForce and/or ServiceNow
- Certified Public Accountant
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Compensation
The proposed salary range for this position is $113,000-130,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors such as geography, experience, certifications, etc.
