Business Development Manager - Asia Pacific

About You:

You will work with the Director of Business Development and the Business Development Team in a Sales focused environment to increase NinjaTrader's Vendor Program participation. Your geographic focus will be Asia Pacific opportunities. You will take vendor prospects (trading educators, app developers) through the onboarding process to be featured on NinjaTrader's Ecosystem website.


In this role, you will:

  • Act as a liaison between vendors and our Business Development Team and Vendor Support to ensure onboarding, compliance, audit, webinar, and other vendor related tasks are followed
  • Identify and develop "outbound" prospecting lead list with a focus on Asia Pacific sources
  • Build influential relationships and deliver results by achieving/exceeding sales quotas
  • Identify how to work with vendors to increase awareness of NinjaTrader within the vendor's community
  • Demonstrate business development skills and manage inbound leads with timely precision
  • Identify when sales opportunities may have other strategic value for the organization
  • Develop Vendor Program Market Data relationships in under-served markets and asset classes

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience within the Financial Services, FinTech or similar industry
  • Intimate knowledge of the industry and trading for the Asia Pacific region
  • Professional fluency in Asia Pacific used languages is a Plus
  • Demonstrate experience of achieving and/or exceeding sales quotas
  • Have an entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivated to close business
  • Ensure sales and support processes meet NinjaTrader standards and use Company standard tools
  • Possess strong project management skills
  • CRM (Salesforce) experience a plus but not required
  • Technical Knowledge of NinjaTrader a plus but not required
