Job description

Highlands (North Denver) Insurance Agency seeking Customer Service Rep/Account Manager with insurance experience. We are hiring a full time and part time candidate to support our growing Agency. The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the insurance needs of both new and current customers. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.


Salary + commission, and benefits! Flexible hours if necessary.


Job Functions

  • Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Prequalifies and analyzes prospects' coverage needs.
  • Complete applications and has insured sign them. Submits to eligible and appropriate carriers, and follows up to ensure timely receipt of policies or quotes.
  • Process renewals and remarkets, as needed.
  • Ability to utilize computer programs and understand functionality - Applied Epic experience preferred.


Qualifications

  • Previous personal lines insurance account management experience required
  • Licensed in Property & Casualty
  • Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Personal Insurance
  • Solid prioritization skills and ability to work efficiently under time constraints
  • Strong customer service skills, and works well with our team
