Professional Customer Service Representative
*$16.00 starting pay (50 cent added if bilingual) plus a $1000 HIRING BONUS*
First Transit is seeking full time Customer Service Representatives for our Downtown Denver, Colorado call center location to act as a liaison for the internal and external customers we serve. We are seeking call takers for our operation that serves as the reservation center for the RTD Access-A-Ride program! We are seeking compassionate, driven, team-oriented people to serve our elderly and disabled customers by supporting them with transportation solutions. Our Customer Service Representatives enjoy:
- $16/HR ($16.50 / hour for Bilingual)

Our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for:
- Effectively communicating with internal and external customers and providers to provide exceptional client service
- Obtain and enter accurate customer information into the reservation system
- Utilize our reservation program called Route Match to schedule inbound Reservation and Access-A-Cabs calls
- Provide customers with information on the services we provide and assist them as needed
To qualify as a Customer Service Representative, you'll need:
- Minimum 19 years old with a High School Diploma or GED
- Exceptional customer service skills with professional, customer-focused telephone etiquette
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to promote teamwork and cooperation
- Proficient in time management and multi-tasking
- Excel at customer service
- Position requires extended sitting and computer use in an office environment
