This software solves problems faced by roll-off companies across the United States, including 5280.
POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to the owner and C-level staff for two sister companies. This person will be expected to perform a variety of tasks, organize and keep schedules and appointments, organize and manage events, manage attendance at conferences, generate standard reports, produce correspondence, help keep long-term projects on track, and handle more urgent requirements. An ideal candidate is responsive, thoughtful, self-directed, positive, and seeking a challenging role.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Schedules appointments, monitors changes and cancellations, maintains and updates calendars as needed, both business and personal.
  • Originates travel, ground transportation, and accommodation reservations. Maintains logs and acts as a contact point/liaison when needed.
  • Composes, logs, edits, compiles, calculates, reviews, types, copies, and distributes various reports, forms, contracts, memos, graphs, worksheets, presentations, and correspondence using a computer.
  • Responds to requests regarding information, materials or business needs.
  • Manages and facilitates a large volume of email replies.
  • Performs basic administrative duties as needed.
  • Maintains highest level of confidentiality at all times.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • A two- or four-year degree is preferred
  • 3+ years of of experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
