High 5 Plumbing is rapidly growing and our team is looking for a highly motivated Office Manager with 4-6 years of management experience with a team of 5+.

This position will spearhead our fast paced office environment with leadership, organization and customer service.

This position is critical to the smooth and efficient operation of the company. As the Office Manager with High 5 you are in constant contact with our team, customers, technicians, vendors, and are always presented with opportunities to exhibit our company's values.

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
  • CRM navigation, Service Titan is a plus
  • 2 years of Inside Sales experience
  • Dispatch and team training experience
  • QuickBooks/bookkeeping experience is a plus
  • Home Service Office experience a plus
  • Must be able to pass background check
  • Positive/Go-Getter attitude

Educational Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Associates or higher degree preferred

Salary

  • up to $30/hour
