R-1 SALES & AGENT TRAINING

Redefy Real Estate offers a competitive and customized sales and agent training program called R-1, which provides custom hands-on sales training and agent skills training. Most agents struggle through their first year of real estate and on average 70% quit because they stepped into an industry they were not prepared for. JOB DESCRIPTION
Redefy's R-1 Sales & Agent Training Program is a 4 month temporary salary paid position as a Sales Consultant that includes sales training, agent skills training, and job placement assistance. Day-to-day work primarily consists of verifying leads by phone and email, identifying customer needs, applying sales techniques, building rapport and striving to meet sales objectives. A Sales Consultant works as a liaison between current Redefy Agents and the customer. This position includes customized sales, software, and structure based training pertaining to Redefy Real Estate.
SALES & AGENT TRAINING
1. Redefy Agent Sales and Structure Training
The R-1 Program trains you to be successful in your temporary role as a Sales Consultant, while gaining hands on experience in sales and techniques to assume and close the sale. Additionally your immersion into the Redefy structure and daily engagement with our proprietary software, will allow you to become a valuable, productive and effective agent potentially long term with Redefy.
2. Agency Skills Training
Agent Skills Training provides technical and tactical real estate knowledge that can only be learned in agent specific training courses. These trainings are held once a week and cover a wide range of real estate essentials from mortgages, identifying the client's needs, market trends, contracts, and much more.
3. Job Opportunity Program
Completing the R-1 program allows trainees to have all of the essential needs to be successful with Redefy Real Estate. Upon completion they will have the opportunity to move into a contractual agency position with a Redefy Franchise or be recommended to any agency with a background of quality credentials and sales experience.
4. Compensation
Fulfilling the full-time Sales Consultant position provides financial stability while training and learning agency essentials. While others are completing their licensing requirements, not receiving compensation and struggling through their first year as a real estate agent, Redefy provides a salary base throughout the 4 month experience to ensure that you have the essentials to be successful from the beginning with Redefy.
REQUIREMENTS
Please consider the following requirements before applying.
- Applicants must have a long term interest in the real estate industry.
- At least 1-2 years of sales experience.
- Adaptability to grow with the company and learn a new software system.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to establish and maintain positive working relationships with clients and coworkers.
- Motivated in both an individual and team-oriented setting.
- Competitive nature, strong work ethic, and goal oriented.
- Knowledge and experience with computers. Microsoft Outlook Plus
- Ability to operate in a technology based and fast paced environment.
- Sales experience over the phone and in-person are great advantages.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- The R-1 Sales & Agent Training Program is a potential 4 month commitment at the Redefy Corporate Office in Denver, Colorado.
- R-1s throughout the 4 months will be required to have previously completed or complete the education and licensing requirements for agency on their own time, while working as a Sales Consultant full time.
- It is the R-1s personal and financial responsibility to verify all licensing requirements for their state.
- R-1s will be required to attend all basic and intermediate agent training courses, of which may be scheduled during working or non-working hours.
- Following completion of the program, the Redefy Franchisees have the complete authority in deciding whether or not to engage the R-1 as a contracted Real Estate Agent.
- Performance of the R-1 during their temporary employment as a Sales Consultant directly affects the possibility of the franchisees decision to engage the R-1 as a contracted Real Estate Agent. However our hope and objective is to continue working with all R-1s long term and build a team mentality across all company lines.
