Job Duties: As a Real Estate agent, your main role will be to identify customer needs, complete consults, and collaborate with buyers and sellers to meet their needs. Attend daily sales meetings, and work in the office on a daily basis to complete prospecting calls. Host open houses, and complete showings of residential homes to prospective buyers. Lead follow up and conversion. Hold open houses regularly. Consistently network to generate new leads. Set appointments and meet with buyers. Preview and show homes. Know the market and areas by conducting market research on where our clients are buying. Educate clients on basic real estate procedures. Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts. Provide world-class customer service. Be a true advocate for our buyers. Keep in touch with current and past clients for referrals. Find listing opportunities for the team. Job Experience: The ideal candidate will take initiative and be results oriented Real Estate sales experience strongly preferred but not required. HS Diploma or GED, and a Colorado Real Estate License is required Must have a professional presentation and demeanor with a willingness and eagerness to learn Must have the desire to be a full time real estate agent giving 100% to the role, including being available for showings nights and weekends. Maintain an active real estate license. Great people skills, very outgoing and have the ability to build rapport with clients. Strong negotiation skills. Excels at prompt, friendly, professional communication. Disciplined. Strong work ethic. Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies. Grit, determination and a great team player. Always displays a positive attitude, is an excellent communicator, both written and verbal. Fast learner with the ability to think quickly on multiple levels. High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred. Organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, with a friendly focus on the customer. Forward-thinking, proactive, dynamic, and performs well under pressure. Local candidates only, must reside with-in 1/2 hour of Englewood Annual compensation range for this position is up to 100K which is based on experience and commissions.
