Job Overview

Clean Origin is looking for a Social Media Coordinator who will help us grow our brand across various social platforms. If you're passionate about social media, and are looking to gain experience in the luxury eCommerce, lab grown diamond and jewelry world, we want to hear from you!


Reports To

The Social Media Coordinator will report to the Social / Retention Marketing Manager.


Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Help create and execute content strategies across our social channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and TikTok, to increase followers and drive engagement.
  • Oversee day-to-day publishing to Instagram and Instagram Stories.
  • Roll out targeted social campaigns that align with business goals and product launches.
  • Work with brand and creative stakeholders to organize and prioritize content deliverables.
  • Analyze campaign performance to identify trends; regularly communicate insights, key learnings, and recommendations to the team.
  • Manage weekly data, insight and optimization reporting.
  • Discover new innovative ways to interact and engage the community across platforms and stay up to date on emerging social media trends.
  • Engage, and respond to Instagram community posts.
  • Oversee all contests, sweepstakes, and giveaways and leverage across all channels to drive engagement and growth.
  • Help with our UGC initiatives and campaigns, to create more submissions and UGC.


We're looking for someone who brings:

  • 2+ years of experience in social media; experience in the luxury goods / jewelry space is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Excellent copywriting, proofreading, and editing skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects remotely, self driven and takes initiative.
  • An analytical approach to social channels and an understanding of the importance of balancing brand building with driving conversion.
  • Experience with Google Suite including Docs, Sheets, and Slides, and Excel.
  • Experience with Photoshop, Monday, Planoly, Google Analytics, a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, the ability to articulate ideas clearly and passionately, and a genuine love of collaboration.
