Job description

Due to internal growth, medium/large and growing company, "Top Employer", located in central Denver is seeking a Tax Supervisor & a Tax Senior Accountant to join their team! **Hybrid work schedule ongoing**

Daily job responsibilities:

• In this role you will be responsible for Federal and State partnership tax return review and preparation
• Coordinate with outside service providers on tax return issues
• Assist with partnership tax calculations of basis adjustments, capital account roll forwards and reconciliations, built-in gains
• Calculate or review fixed assets
• Calculate or review federal tax income estimate monthly and quarterly
• Assist in preparation of tax balance sheets

Ideal background:

• The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of complex partnership Tax experience in Big 4 (or large regional firm) or industry experience. (2-4+ for the Senior)
• Masters and CPA are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills
• Prior work in a fixed asset heavy company
• Interest in ongoing Taxation learning/development

Generous Benefits:

Every other Friday off, generous PTO, generous 401k match, generous medical/dental/vision. $90,000-120,000+bonus (consider more for strong candidate), Senior is$75,000-95,000DOE plus bonus.
