Job Description:
At CoBank, the Recruiting Coordinator p rovides day-to-day operational support to the recruiting team, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews and candidate travel. Responsible for administrative tasks including managing invoicing and expenses for candidates and recruiting team. Oversees the reference and background check process, escalating issues when appropriate. Manages the reporting and tracking of associate referrals, and all new hire paperwork. New COLLEGE Graduates with interest in HR will be considered!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provides day-to-day administrative support to the Recruiting team.
  • Coordinates and manages the scheduling of all interviews, whether conducted by phone, WebEx or face to face. For face-to-face interviews, this may include coordinating travel and other logistics for the candidates.
  • Oversees both the Skill Survey reference check process and the HireRight background check process, reconciling any discrepancies and managing all communications.
  • Schedules all TalentQuest assessments and communicates the results to the hiring manager.
  • Manages the new hire process and communication, assuring the proper forms make it through the approval process.
  • Manages the attendance, registration and logistics for career fairs.
  • Reconciles invoicing and the recruiting credit card.
  • Posts jobs on college websites, farm credit website, and paid websites.
  • Oversees the summer Intern program. Manages requisitions, initial interview with candidate, on-going communication with hiring manager, as well as the selection process and full onboarding of the summer interns. Assist Learning and Development with logistics of the summer intern program.
  • Tracks and manages the associate referral process.
  • Monitors the Recruiting Inbox to include creating new requisition requests in the recruiting system with proper approvals. Monitor interview scheduling requests and other inquires as received.
  • Provides support to the recruiters sourcing, creating email/text campaigns, conducting phone screens and backup in recruiters absence.
  • Conducts tours for candidates when needed.
Basic Qualifications
  • High school diploma
  • Two (2) or more years of administrative experience, preferably in human resources; or appropriate combination of education and experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in relevant discipline preferred.
  • Knowledge of and experience with HR systems and/or other business databases preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent detail and customer service orientation.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage workload and projects in order to navigate peaks, prioritize competing commitments, and complete assignments in accordance with established deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, collaborate, communicate and work effectively with associates and management at all levels across the bank, as well as outside customers and vendors.
  • Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Compensation Information
  • Estimated Base Salary Range: $50,000-55,000
  • Target short-term incentive opportunity: 6%
