Job Title: Senior Director of Case Management
Location: Englewood, CO
Duration: Permanent
Shift: Fulltime/No Weekends

Job Summary:
This position supports the mission of Swedish Medical Center optimizing the quality of life of all those served by expanding beyond the traditional focus on medical needs to the needs of the whole person. The Senior Director of Case Management is responsible and accountable for planning, directing, leading, and budgeting for high-quality, cost-effective services provided by the department to its customers. This requires an understanding of and support of the organization's mission, vision, values, priorities, and financial goals. The Senior Director of Case Management will ensure communication and coordinated case management services.

Qualifications:
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Either Social Work or R.N. license required.
Certified Case Manager preferred.

Education:
Bachelor's degree required; Masters preferred in either field.

Experience:
A minimum of five years clinical experience in acute care setting.

Special Qualifications:
Must have knowledge of JCAHO & CMS standards as well as federal, state, and local laws pertaining to the functions of the department.
Must have the ability to assess information, apply critical thinking, determine best course of action, and convey necessary information to the interdisciplinary team.
Requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Oversees the operation of the case management department and develops and implements programs to enhance competency.

• Salary Estimate: base on years of work exp
• $15,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Relocation Bonus for Eligible Candidates
