HR Analyst
The HR Analyst is responsible for collecting, compiling, and analyzing data used in solving HR Related issues. Analyzing and evaluating data and reports, and providing feedback to management and advising on changes and improvements to the FR Personnel Company. This includes the programming of new employees and changes made into the Pro-contractor software, monitoring and calculations of technicians performance based on compensation plans, referral incentives, preparing workers compensation audit reports, compiling man labor hour forecasts vs consumption and identifying disparities
This Employee reports to the following supervisor: HR Director
This Employee supervises the following positions: None.
Responsibilities: The position is accountable for the following responsibilities:
- Monitor and calculate performance of technicians on performance based compensation packages.
- Monitor and calculate performance of technicians on referral based compensation packages.
- Monitor, calculate, and provide timely data to payroll on incentive compensation earnings with manager approvals.
- Prepare the annual worker's compensation audit report.
- Prepare the annual ACA reporting.
- Prepare the annual 401K Census reporting.
- Monitor worker's compensation collection and ensure it remains on pace throughout the insurance year period.
- Prepare data to compile man labor hour forecasts to judge appropriate collection rates of man labor hour items.
- Monitor and report Man Labor Hour consumption of each company/division.
- Monitor and report disparities between reported consumption of man labor hours and reported sales of man labor hours.
- Monitor and report on irregularities in mobile and telecommunication vendor invoices in comparison to forecasted costs.
- Compile and report data on salaried man labor hour usage to assist in compilation of budgets and forecasts.
- Complete employee productivity invoicing for the HR department each payroll period.
- Program new employees payroll settings into the pro-contractor system
- Program employee changes into Pro contractor system.
- Program employee payroll issues into the Pro contractor system
- Program any Davis Bacon issues as appropriate.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
