The Business Development Associate will be responsible for establishing relationships with realtors, builders and other industry entities to grow branch business.

• Establish and maintain relationships with realtors and all relevant industry groups to stay abreast of current and future and business needs.
• Develop action plans for growth in target markets including metrics from first contact to successful contract.
• Sources opportunities to establish MSAs for increased community coverage.
• Communicate regularly with Branch Manager to review pipeline, growth goals and progress.
• Originate loans and maintain a pipeline of active customers.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent mortgage industry experience..
• 4 years mortgage industry background, sales and business development preferred.
• Ability to proficiently use Microsoft Office software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Have proficient knowledge of mortgage terms and processes.

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to communicate effectively.
