Job description

ERP Administrator ensures the reliable performance of the ERP system. Utilizing our incident and change management policies, the ERP Administrator oversees vendor software updates, owns improvement projects, reporting, contributes to system improvements and administers advanced support to end-users. The right candidate for this position must be driven, curious and determined to get the correct information from users, peers, leaders and technical vendors. Beneficial if background in business process. No actual programing required for position.


***This is NOT a remote position and is located in Westminster, CO. Krayden will NOT pay for relocation expenses***

Job Responsibilities

  • Learn what the modules in the system do and how they integrate with each other;
  • Participate in projects to gather user requirements, design process, configure, test and implement ERP functions;
  • Own and resolve complex support cases related to ERP systems;
  • Manage vendor escalated cases;
  • Stay up to date and partner with ERP systems providers;
  • Perform monthly ERP system maintenance procedures for all ERP systems;
  • Help process owners keep working instruction documentation updated;
  • Administer record imports, exports and content cleanup;
  • Govern user enhancement requests;
  • Complete special initiatives and other duties as assigned;
  • Perform duties to AS/ISO procedures and regulation standards/specifications.

Required Skills

  • Direct Sage 300 ERP experience (not only construction and real estate)
  • ERP migration and new company setup
  • Proficient with vendor and customer business processes (quote, order, shipment and invoice)
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Use Excel to manipulate content related to data cleanup, import, exports, etc
  • Experience with case management (ticketing) system

Preferred Skills

  • Distribution and Manufacturing industry experience
  • Experience with Sage 300 add-on modules (Orchid, Auto Simply, etc)
  • Background working with DistributionOne ERP-ONE or other mid-range ERP systems
  • Report building and analytics team support
  • Knowledge around Vendor Managed Inventory
  • Experience with EDI
