Position Summary:

The Sr. HR Manager is responsible for developing and executing HR strategy that is designed to meet operational and business needs of the Colorado site and plant. The position serves as the HR partner to the Sr. Site Leader on HR matters and integrates with their management team. This involves delivering a full spectrum of HR support for Colorado site & plant staff including assessing organizational capability, talent management systems and processing, organizational design, coaching, talent acquisition, and employee relations. The Sr. HR Manager will collaborate and liase with other U.S. HR and Corporate resources for delivery of HR services to the Colorado site & plant employees.

Required Skills & Education:

• BS or MS in Human Resources or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 7+ years progressive HR experience
• Must have broad "HR generalist" knowledge, especially in U.S. & Colorado labor requirements
• A strong team player with experience in driving HR initiatives
• Demonstrated experience advising and influencing leadership at all levels
• Must have the ability to flex between hands-on technical execution and strategic matters
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Must be comfortable dealing with conflict and problem resolution
• Approachable, discerning, collaborative, and effective in communicating to all levels through various modes
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Desired Skills:

• HR experience supporting manufacturing/operations organizations, matrixed organizations, and or global company
• Project management skills and experience utilizing quality tools
• Experience using SAP Success Factors

Work Environment:

Typical office environment, and frequently visits production and laboratory areas.

Carestream Colorado EPT Rules

Carestream, in compliance with Colorado EPT Rules is offering a very competitive salary of $90K -$105K as well as an Incentive Plan. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range and benefits may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
