Compensation & Benefits

• Base Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
• Paid Training
• Paid Overtime 1.5X
• Paid Time Off
• Fantastic Drivers have an opportunity to become permanent Full time.
• After 30 days of being with our company, all full-time employees will be offered health care coverage (Medical, Dental, and Vision)
• Uniform items will be provided
• Full-time (40-hours: 4 days/week, 10 Hr. day)
• Part-time (30-hours: 3 days/week, 10 Hr. day)
• Hours will vary depending on route volume, traffic, weather, etc

QuickFire Logistics delivers Amazon packages to customers throughout Danbury CT and surrounding areas. We are ramping up quickly and seek reliable, energized and self-motivated team players to deliver Amazon packages out of the new Amazon Distribution center in Danbury CT.

Drivers are responsible for delivering packages to customers in a safe and effective manner. Training will be provided to each driver giving you the education and tools to be successful. Each driver will be assigned a daily route and will be delivering Amazon packages utilizing the latest cutting-edge technology and comfortable Amazon branded delivery vehicles.

Basic Requirements:

• At least 21 years of age
• High-school diploma or equivalent
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Possess a valid Driver's License in the State of residence and clean Driving Record (No accidents no tickets)
• A CDL is NOT required for this career opportunity
• Must consent and successfully pass pre-employment drug test
• Must successfully pass a motor vehicle history check
• Ability to lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during
• Ability to operate and navigate a 10,000-pound van
• Ability to effectively operate a GPS
• Capable of moving up and downstairs
• Amazon Flex Driver experience a huge plus

Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
• Use hand held device for routing information, customer delivery information.
• Navigate a variety of routes throughout delivery area.
• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions. Load and unload packages to be delivered
• Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
• Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Lift, push, pull and move packages of 20 lbs on average and up to 60 lbs.
• Able to get in and out of van and walk up and down stairs through your shift

• Drives a delivery van up to 10,000 pounds to many customer residences and businesses climbs in and out of van, and walks up and down stairs as required to deliver packages according to established procedures in all weather conditions
• Flexibility is key; routes may vary and may be delayed due to traffic from on road congestion, construction, or other factors
• Set core schedule, but there may be adjustments including, additional hours and potential schedule changes depending on the time of the year and peak seasons and other factors
