Job description

An employer is seeking a Sr. Recruiter to sit in Enfield, CT for a large medical device company. This person will be joining the Talent Acquisition team and will be starting to focus on all Manufacturing recruiting. This is open because the demand for openings is so high and extra people are needed on the recruitng team. On a day to day this person is going to be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating innovative, proactive and responsive TA strategies that will align with the organizations brand. This person is going to be responsible for partnering with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR Business Partners to understand and evaluate and clarify business and staffing needs. This person will also be managing the recruitng process and adhere to defined service level agreements from start to finish; securing approvals for requisitions, developing recruitment strategies with hiring managers, creating and posting jobs, sourcing internal and external candidates, etc. This person should have some leadership experience as they are going to be a Sr. Recruiting and mentoring more JR level TAs. ALL new hires must be fully vaccinated.

Minimum Requirements

5-7 years of experience working in full-cycle talent acquisition

Knowledge of Affirmative Action, EEO guidelines on employee selection and employee relations issues relative to the recruitment process

Ability to connect with hiring managers to understand needs, and put a plan in place to fill the requisitions

Experience with MS office, Excel, Word, Outlook

Strong ATS experience, including sourcing, tracking and managing candidates

Well organized and good communication skills

Bachelors Degree
