Practice Manager

Our Wealth Management practice is growing, and we are adding a newly created position of Practice Manager. This position is responsible for the day-to-day management of the practice, and works closely with all employees to manage tasks, improve systems, and ensure operational efficiencies that ultimately provide a positive culture and experience for employees and exceptional service to our clients.

This role is essential in helping the firm retain top employee talent by supporting a culture that emphasizes professional and personal development, career progression and recognition. This role is also instrumental in maintaining a positive and predictable environment through a focus on technology, task management, workflows, processes, and communication.

Management

  • Oversee hiring, onboarding & training of all employees.
  • Facilitate meetings by coordinating schedules and resources.
  • Maintain and improve employee training and development process and procedures.
  • Conduct regular 1-on-1s with individual team members and document performance, goals, expectations, and evaluations.
  • Plan team events and manage firm-wide projects.

Compliance & Support

  • Assure practice is operating compliantly.
  • Support Financial Professional in gathering information for any required audits.
  • Schedule projects, plans and appointments.
  • Run client reports, maintain lists, and participate in communications.
  • Maintain & manage Financial Professional's tasks, licenses, professional designations, fees, documents, and mail.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred and minimum of five years' experience in the Financial Services industry.
  • Demonstrated maturity and leadership experience with people and management experience with processes.
  • Top notch skills: communication, interpersonal, organizational, decision making, analytical, planning.
  • Take-charge gene, Roll up the sleeves style, Technology savvy, SOP/Systems driven

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
