Position Details:
Location: West Hartford, CT
Compensation: $40K-$65K base salary and a percentage of all profit gained from any associates you bring on board for their first year. Opportunity for Growth and Equity - Performance Based: Previous Team Leader earned over $250,000

Position Description: Your number one goal in this role is to play a key role in the overall management of KW's Market Center/Office and career development. A list of duties below:
o Play a key role in recruiting sales associates ? weekly (interview, select, hire)
o Coaching, Consulting and Train existing associates
o Oversee the delivery of the entire KW Value Proposition
o Share Market Center value/opportunities story with all Market Center leadership and associates
o Assist the Team Lead in training for existing sales associates (new and experienced) in key areas of business
o Lead sales and business meetings
o Assist with researching the competition and develop business prospecting and marketing strategies to successfully compete
o Continue to attract and develop talent for our leadership team

Requirements: The ideal candidate is a hungry and humble top producer that has a track record of exceeding all standards and expectations in previous performance-based roles. Important qualities include a high level of emotional intelligence, confident, passionate, people-oriented, can operate with high urgency, have strong communication skills, and strong recruiting skills. This person will be able to produce results and lead their team toward a common goal of being the real estate company of choice for both agents and consumers in our market.
