RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst in Milford, CT. Summary: The Business Analyst is responsible for performing analysis related to domestic and international payments strategies. The position will coordinate with internal and offshore partners, security, and regional operations teams to gather and document requirements in support of our payments system. The Business Analyst will perform in-depth analysis on Payment's data and trends to identify areas of opportunity and manage risk. They will coordinate with financial, operational, and offshore partners to ensure goals meet defined growth, enhancement, and risk objectives. The candidate must work in a fast-paced dynamic environment focused on Point of Sale and eCommerce technology as it relates to payments and interaction with other facets of client's ecosystem. Duties:

• BA will work with Payments Operations team and clients Payment vendors to better understand and mitigate Fraud, including identifying and managing specific solutions as well as preparing recurring communication to appropriate stakeholders
• Evaluates current available reporting, identify opportunities for improvement and lead workstream with internal Analytics partners and external vendors to ensure Payment's data is available and optimized

Job Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to obtain and analyze appropriate data to measure performance and guide business decisions
• Experience with electronic payments and global payments regulations
• Ability to work across multiple teams, both internal and external, and gain necessary buy-in
• Proficiency with data and/or reporting programs (Excel, Tableau, etc.)
