We are seeking a candidate to fill our Associate position on a already successful team. This is a truly rewarding Business-to- Business position that offers one of the strongest compensation structures in the industry with flexible schedules.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Contact and qualify prospective clients and explain features and merits of policies and the business solutions offered. Identity the need and provide the best solution.

· Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close the sale.

· Works with clients on a on going basis.

· Anticipates future needs and calls on established clients to identify new hires, claims assistance and maintain a regular service model for the client.

· Develops long-term relationships with clients.

· Assist clients with concerns and service issues as needed

· Reach agreed upon sales and income goals monthly.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $44,685.00 - $114,923.00 per year
