What You'll Do
As a Lead Business Analyst, you'll be part of our IT team located remote. You'll get to:

  • Conducts business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefits analyses to align IT CRM solutions with business initiatives
  • Works closely with business users to define and analyze problems and leverages Salesforce.com platform to figure out the most suitable technical, application or configuration solutions
  • Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project teams; establishing project budgets
  • Works with Architects and Developers to translate business requirements into functional/technical specs
  • Validates business and technical requirements are met during the project delivery process
  • Oversees user acceptance testing (UAT) activities to ensure business and system requirements are met
  • Leads both innovation and strategy development with subject matter expertise, when appropriate; Seen as the go-to for subject matter expertise by leading day to day activities
  • Provide guidance to team members, including suggesting/promoting standardization of procedures to help define CRM best practices
  • Creates, reviews and delivers end-user documentation (user guide, process flow charts, training materials) and training for accuracy
  • Build relationships and provide technical guidance to assigned Business Unit or Function
  • Leads small to medium scale IT Transformation initiatives

Who You Are

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com platform, including add-on features and third-party apps
  • Broad knowledge of integrated technologies and sales enablement solutions in the CRM/Digital ecosystem
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Org migrations, Omni Channel, CPQ, Marketing Automation, and Commerce solutions a plus
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, JIRA, Azure DevOps, or other requirement management tools
  • Knowledge of application and system integration methods and computing environments
  • Basic understanding of application portfolio, IT strategy, and business priorities
  • Undergraduate degree and 8-10 years relevant experience, or
  • Graduate degree and 6-8 years relevant experience.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of system development methodology, project management, system architecture, and analytical/problem-solving skills.
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • 0-3 years of leadership experience is a plus.
  • Agile delivery experience preferred.
  • Experience with a Managed Service Provider environment preferred.
