YOUR ROLE Impact decisions and support development and execution of brand's marketing programs. Analyze business performance and help shape brand direction by anticipating competition and market trends and translating consumer attitudes into actions. Assists with communication of brand strategies and works extensively with cross functional teams (Marketing Services, Shopper Marketing, Sales Strategy, R&D, etc.) to bring ideas to market. Contribute to achievement of P&L, top-line and bottom-line targets Assist Brand Manager in developing and conducting business analysis for business plan and marketing program justification Develop and effectively execute all Marketing Plan programs, including consumer promotions, social initiatives, media and interactive programs Actively participate in creative development (i.e. develop creative brief, provide creative feedback)

YOUR SKILLS Bachelor's Degree in related field; MBA preferred 2-5 yrs of related experience, in consumer products marketing or sales preferred Demonstrated leadership ability Strong team orientation and interpersonal skills to work with people in diverse functional areas; excellent written and oral communication skills Project Management experience a plus. Ability to balance multiple objectives and prioritize accordingly Solid analytical skills. The salary range for this role is $84,300 to $115,000. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Connecticut. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
