Position Overview
Our Customer Experience Reps provide exceptional communication and high-level customer management by going above and beyond to bring forth professional, courteous, and efficient service. This position will manage the various process tasks for the customer and proactively communicate throughout while providing best-in-class service. You will utilize your strong problem-solving skills to effectively handle situations that arise with dissatisfied customers.
Essential Job Functions
- Build positive and sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communications.
- Demonstrate organizational abilities to effectively manage a customer through internal processes.
- Take initiative and go above and beyond to satisfy customer's needs.
- Ensure the efficient, accurate and timely completion of all customer requests including order entry ensuring best-in-class customer satisfaction.
- Proactively communicate to customers
- Respond to a high volume of incoming calls utilizing effective listening and communication skills to identify customer problems, needs, and opportunities.
- Resolve customer inquiries, concerns and complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media; provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow through to ensure
resolution. - Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Track and follow-up on all customer requests in a timely manner.
Requirements
- High School diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- Previous customer service support experience is preferred, however, not required.
- Strong organization, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication skills including strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Exceptional customer service focus.
- Strong product knowledge with the ability to learn codes for multiple products.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in the use of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Access and Email.
- Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
- Able to meet strict deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy of work.
- Ability to make decisions independently based on established policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Possess a helpful, friendly, and service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
