This Corporate Recruiter position will sit in the Global Talent Acquisition organization within Global Human Resources. It will provide strategic staffing support for Bank of America's Staff Support - Corporate Audit and/or Legal.
Position Overview and Description:

  • Strong, seasoned recruiter to provide full life cycle recruiting
  • Partner with senior leaders in the organization they support and multiple business partners in HR, LD, compensation and finance to create and implement a talent acquisition strategy for identifying internal and external talent
  • Heavy focus on mid-level hiring
Scope of Responsibilities:
  • Manage client and candidate relationships at the professional level
  • Provide consultative search recruiting services; including research, market intelligence, sourcing, candidate development assessment, advising clients and closing
  • Continuous networking and pipelining to identify a broad and diverse external talent slate, i.e. will participate in talent acquisition conferences
  • Extensive client interaction
Requirements:
  • MUST HAVE a minimum of 3-5 years professional level recruiting experience, including but not limited to; developing and executing candidate sourcing strategies, cold calling, candidate assessment through in-depth phone screens/interviews, management of the end-to-end recruiting process, etc.
  • Ability to work across the organization to achieve results, and has ideally worked in a large organization requiring interaction within multiple business units
  • Must have client management experience, with strong credibility, presence, and the ability to influence executives and provide consultative services
  • Must have an ability and desire to stay abreast of market conditions
  • Experience providing fact-based assessments of talent to provide clear recommendations
  • Use innovative techniques to meet the staffing needs of the business
  • Deftly manage salary negotiations from pre-qualifying to 'close'
  • Proven track record of directly sourcing talent with specific subject matter expertise
  • Must maintain and exude a strong sense of integrity
  • Excellent oral and writing communication skills
  • Must be a team player and have the ability to be flexible and adaptable to rapid change
Desired Skills
  • Experience in Financial Services is HIGHLY preferred
  • Bachelor Degree
Enterprise Role Overview:
Individual Contributor or Small Team Lead responsible for managing a portfolio of work within a TA LOB or function. Recruits critical bank roles with high annual turnover & predictable/repeatable sourcing. Takes ownership for a high quality hiring process; accepts responsibility for actions and decisions, applies multiple approaches in sourcing and cold calling. 1-3 years of experience preferred.
