GENERAL SUMMARY:

Responsible for building and improving the endoscopy services and GI procedural service line at Sibley, and coordinating the overall management oversight of several key procedural services within the endoscopy area, including GI diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy, manometry, bronchoscopy, and pain management procedures. Works in conjunction with the Medical Director for Endoscopy and the Nurse Manager for Endoscopy, and collaborates with other department and service line leaders to support the growth and enhancement of the service lines. Provides leadership and support to the staff of the endoscopy area. Partners with other leaders across the health system, including those in the Gastroenterology and Pain Management Departments, as well as Corporate Supply Chain, to execute system-wide strategies.

Minimum Education and Experience :

Bachelor's Degree in the Sciences, Finance or Administration or Healthcare Administration is desired; Master's Degree is preferred.

At least four years previous clinical leadership experience in a hospital environment required. Experience in gastroenterology or procedural services is preferred.
